A little something for Mom. A lot of good for salmon.
Your thoughtful Mother’s Day gift could help tiny salmon grow strong.
This limited-edition Pacific salmon jigsaw puzzle is a beautiful, nature-inspired keepsake with art by Vancouver-based illustrator Delaney Cox. You can give Mom a puzzle she’ll love, a thoughtful card, and make a real impact for salmon, all for just $50.
Moms do so much to nurture and raise us. Let your gift this Mother’s Day do some good for juvenile salmon by helping restore the nursery habitats where young fish grow strong. Plus, mom will love our adorable habitat-themed jigsaw puzzle.
For 100 years, the Fraser River’s North Arm jetty cut off juvenile salmon from essential habitat. PSF and partners breached the barrier, which salmon immediately used to access marsh habitats and grow strong before heading to the ocean.
PSF has supported diving workshops with Guardians from coastal B.C. Nations to hone kelp survey techniques, species ID skills, and underwater monitoring methods. This growing network of Indigenous divers strengthens stewardship from the seafloor up.
PSF amplifies community-led efforts to protect juvenile salmon habitat on Vancouver Island by installing ecocultural fencing. These fences keep overabundant Canada geese out – and baby salmon in – by shielding delicate marsh habitats from overgrazing.
A beautiful puzzle. A heartfelt card. And the knowledge that her gift is helping wild salmon thrive.
