Returned product must be accompanied by an original sales receipt and in saleable condition.
Returns and exchanges require your name, address, phone number and signature for auditing purposes.
Products must be returned to the Pacific Salmon Foundation offices at Suite 300 – 1682 West 7th Avenue, Vancouver, BC, V6J 4S6.
Please include all original packing materials with the product. Refunds will be reapplied to your credit card.
In cases of electronic purchases the customer is responsible for erasing, deleting and removing any personal or confidential data from any item prior to returning.
