Join us at the 2025 South Vancouver Island Gala on Saturday, March 8!

We are delighted to be hosting our 2025 South Vancouver Island Gala Dinner & Auction at the Fairmont Empress on Saturday, March 8, 2025! Join us to celebrate the 30th anniversary of this longstanding event and the tremendous impact it’s had – thanks to you – on restoring salmon. Funds raised will enable efforts by passionate people hard at work for salmon.

Cocktail hour will kick off at 5:30 PM with decadent seafood appetizers donated by Finest at Sea Ocean Products, music, featured raffles, and an exclusive silent auction. Dinner will follow at 7:00 PM, before an exciting live auction!

Your support of the South Vancouver Island Gala Dinner & Auction will play a critical role in funding programs in conservation, restoration, and salmon science.

Each year, founding dinner committee member Pat George creates a custom image for our South Vancouver Island Gala, and this year is no exception. Pat dedicates his time to help make the event a success each year, and also donates many of his pieces of artwork to our fundraising events.

Pat is a creative, meticulous, and well-known artist and a retired professor from the art program at the University of Victoria, of which he was a part of for more than 30 years. Pat is also an avid angler and conservationist. Thank you Pat!

Chatterbox Falls tour for two people
